* People encouraged to work at something constructive
* People congratulated when they create successful businesses,
* Personal opinions respected
* People who have a healthy interest in the welfare of others but mind their own business
Hmm. Seems that Vanuatu is happily “asleep”!
Sounds like a good place to have as part of a healthy Plan B.
